About Marble Traditions
Our products are hand carved in our workshops overseas using marble, travertine or natural stone sourced from around the world.
We do not sell any composition products as we consider this process negates the beauty of sculptured natural stone.
The tradition of natural stone sculpture goes back over three thousand years. Many of our craftsmen work in a small extended family workshop which allows us to offer a bespoke service to our clients worldwide, providing statues and artefacts to their own unique specification.
In addition, when ordering, you can choose to include your own initials, dates, crests or other personal decoration; this is particularly appealing to mark for history the significant rites of passage in a family.
Natural stone includes flaws and imperfections which add to, rather than detract from its appeal. This also applies to the hand carving which means no two items are exactly the same. This will be explained in detail to our clients who should understand and accept these individual characteristics before making a purchase.
Our range of cast iron includes urns, planters and busts and is based on designs from the Victorian era in England.
Whether your interest or intrigue comes from worldwide private homes and estates, hotel conglomerates, restaurants, corporate buildings, professional landscape companies or fashion houses, it is impossible to appreciate or commission a design or concept until you visit us in our marble gardens at Cambridge.
