Terms & conditions

1. The Company accepts all orders on the following conditions, subject to variation or amendment in writing by us.
2. Delivery dates are approximate only.  An indication of availability will be given on confirmation of the order.
3. We cannot accept any responsibility for damages caused by careless handling or storage on the customer’s premises or sites nor through incorrect installation.
4. We will not be held responsible for delays in completion of the contract due to labour disputes or other factors beyond our control.
5. Our items are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purpose.
6. Our liability for any complaint will not exceed the quoted price of any particular piece or pieces for which the complaint is made.
7. We will not accept the return of any goods without prior agreement.
8. Should the purchaser wish to amend or cancel an order this must be by prior and written agreement with us.
9. Full payment will be required on placement and acceptance of the order, unless these terms are varied by us.
10. We are not responsible for loss and/or damage to any article hired, nor are we liable for injuries to third parties, once the goods have left our premises.
11. If delivery is arranged by us, all expenses relating to this delivery will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by us. Should goods not arrive with the customer within 14 days of despatch we must be notified immediately. Should goods arrive with the customer damaged we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the delivery in order to adhere to the terms and conditions of the insurance.
12. We reserve the right to alter any item, or part of an item, at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale.
13. All statements made regarding description or interpretation of items for purchase are opinions only and not statements of fact.
14. Delivery, if arranged, will be to the purchaser’s kerbside. Should any additional labour/assistance be required for unloading the items, this should be arranged and paid for by the purchaser.
15. Placement, erection and installation are not included.
16. In the event of the purchaser refusing to accept delivery of the goods after delivery arrangements have been confirmed in writing, the company reserves the right to charge the additional costs (packing, unpacking, and all transport costs) to the purchaser for the abortive delivery.
17. If the purchaser fails to give delivery instructions within 14 days of being notified that the goods are available for delivery, the Company reserves the right to charge the purchaser storage costs at a reasonable rate.
18. We reserve the right to deliver partial orders or to wait until the order is complete before delivering.
